Pretty much the same things we've already discussed, lol...

except the price, Block II Super Hornets are not no $70 Million, more like $120 Million....

Did you post the wrong link SkateZilla? That article mentions 70+10 million, but it is not an estimate just a guess, where did you get the 120million from? I find it hard to believe all those upgrades would only add an extra 10 million and 120million all up seems plausible, but where did you get that figure from?

PC:

6600K @ 4.5 GHz, 12GB RAM, GTX 970, 32" 2K monitor.

the article link is correct.

They estimated current SH's at 70 Million each.

That is not the case, the Block II's are around 120 Mill each.

The 70 Mill number was for Full Production Block I's, Block II's have several upgraded systems over Block I.

Even then, the Upgrades proposed for the "Block IV / F-35 Spec / Trump Hornet" would drive the cost up even more.

The ONLY things I see the USN buying is CFTs, EPE, and the the IRST Systems

I hope you're right about these. Just getting one or two of these would be amazing for the SH. Three of these upgrades would just be icing on the cake. EPE engines would fix alot of problems the SH has currently, the IRST would increase it's capability and CFT would increase range/weapons payload. Hopefully you're right and they do go for all three.

They might also get the revised cockpit layout w/ Large Unified Display,

But for sure CFT's would reduce the need for drop tanks and the drag they bring.

EPE's Would give more power.

IRST would allow tracking of aircraft without needing radar.

Among smaller updates w/ data systems and links etc coming.
