metzger
I noticed that he is saying waypoints l/l coordinates in minutes and seconds while the cdu format is decimal minutes. Sent from my Redmi 4 using Tapatalk [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]

metzger
Yes I can convert them but is it how it should be ? Whats the point of FE to tell seconds when both of them are flying the same AC with the same units format or it is done for practice purpose ? Sabre-TLA
Agreed. The FE could have just done everything in UTM. Out on the battlefield you will likely encounter other units that don't use UTM or Lat Long Decimal but Lat Long is pretty universal across nations. We felt it was important for players to understand how to do the conversion. Plus most printed maps have Lat Long designations. Military maps usually have multiple designations UTM, Lat Long Dec, and/or Lat Long. MapleFlagMissions - Read Our Blog for Updates
