When I install the fuel tank , centerline, AJS-37 is totally untrimable. The plane just goes totally out of control... it will not fly straight and is out of control.

What happened? :helpsmilie:

not much to see... it just goes out of control and crashes.... or you get lucky and spin around and upside down a few more seconds before crashing..

Track of trim gone bad.

It is possible the Saitek stick is sending bad inputs.

I try cancelling out trim with the O key, in the control panel it says use that key to cancel trim.

I used an instant mission, it cut the time and get to the issue without a full mission with takeoff...

as you can see it happen well after the start... I don't have problems until I try to add any type of trim. Then go back to no trim to cancel out and go back to neutral. Also, I try setting the Autopilot button on top left cockpit to see if that will take over and smooth out the ride. But it just turns those off as it gets worse until it is totally out of control. It starts going bad quickly while flying. :joystick:

I did add a flat spot on the rudder, so there is no input of any kind for about 10% of the middle for the rudder.. I think I was getting erroneous inputs causing the rudder to move around..

I haven't flown without the external fuel tank yet so I can't compare but I haven't had any issues with the trim during flight and I have been using the trim a lot.

AJS Viggen Trim not works

Hi,

the same Problem here both Joystick and Keyboard keys don´t work. I can´t trim teh Viggen. Other Moduls like F-5E and SU-25 works correctly with teh Input by teh Joystick.

Ramstein, so you are talking about the rudder trim (yaw) and not the pitch trim? Quite an important ‚detail‘ since there are different trimming systems.

I‘m using the external tank on almost every flight and never had any such issues. I‘m using TM Warthog and version 1.5.7 most of the time.

I noticed the pitch trim is quite slow to respond. but engaging the altitude usually trims the plane just fine so when you remove the AP, it's stable
