The newsletter has been weekly recently, but I would add the caveat that it'll only be sent when there is news to relay. It isn't published regardless of whether there is anything to tell - though on quiet news days there seems to be an emphasis on pushing out a new discounted offer or bundle deal. So, yes, mostly weekly, but not always.

Are you using comcast for your email? Email from ED is hit or miss via Comcast, in my experience.

Yep no luck still not getting the emails. Created a support ticket but the ticket disappeared. Guess it got closed without being answered. ANyone have a way to contact ed without a support ticket? Seems no one wants to get this resolved.

You could try putting "noreply@eagle.ru" in your address book or trusted senders (not sure what Gmail calls it).
