SuperKungFu
I want to make a personal desktop icon for Lock On and several other programs but I don't exactly know how through adobe photoshop cs2. Using an example of another desktop icon, i can see that even though its small, the original size is 250x250 pixels. I just don't know how to make one that has a transparent background and has a horizontal/vertical resoltion of 96 dpi, bit depth 32, frame count 1...etc. I don't even see an option in Adobe to save it as a icon file. Ukr_Alex
I'll look around. I had a little program for that too. You can use photoshop afaik....but then you import it to the little program to actually make it an icon or soemthing like that. :Core2Duo @ 435FSB x 7 3.05GHz : ATI x1900xtx: 2GB Patriot @ 435Mhz : WD 250Gb UATA: Seagate 320Gb SATA2: X-Fi Platinum:
LazerPotatoe
There's a free program called "the Gimp" that lets you save files as .ico format. http://www.gimp.org/windows/ The interface takes some getting used to, but it is quite powerful.
