After I installed the latest nvidia deivers, gsync stopped working. My 4K gsync monitor has a refresh rate of 60hz, displaying 100+ FPS with tearing. Using two 1080's in SLI. Known issue?

I had Gsync stop working last night. My screen turned a red tinge in not only DCS but all 3D applications. After thinking my videocard was starting to die, I discovered other people have had this issue before, and re-enabling gsync in Nvidia control panel fixed the issue. Not sure if this helps, but it's unusual for two people to have gsync issues on this forum within a day of each other. Was there a big Windows update or something?

I tried that, negative results. What I did do which worked successfully was roll back my nvidia drivers to 368.69, gsync is working now. From my experience, nvidia driver updates are never gsync friendly.

Windows 10 this week had forced a Nvidia update 376.53 on every one . i did every thing possible to install back my 376.33 which was working smooth butter with dcs but whenever i restart windows , the windows update catches on and forces the Nvidia install, It evens installed it while i was gaming in dcs shutting down everything on me .

what i did was to disable windows update from the Services . that way there are no updates what so ever.

Good find Simo, I thought something like this might have happened. I guess disabling updates would help now but eventually you will need to download updates again. I wish Microsoft wouldn't mess with display drivers for us.

There is an app called 'DDU' - Display Driver Uninstaller. Very useful for rolling back drivers or reinstalling drivers.

What a great site this is! You are right and my 368.81 is now at 376.33. I knew something changed lately.
