muse458 Posted March 25, 2017 Share Posted March 25, 2017 Hi all, just found this video about 8 years ago on the proper startup of a spitfire. Pretty close to the DCS tutorial. One thing that has helped me immensely on takeoffs is the elevator trim of one notch down... not up like in the DCS video. Tried it out on a flight tonight and no problems getting of the ground.
