Crashes with SimShaker

I've had a series of issues with SimShaker, where sometimes the game will freeze and the seat just slowly pulse every few seconds.

 

Last night, my game just gradually bogged down until finally it turned into a slideshow, then locked up almost like I just described only with the game still active. It cleared up after about fifteen seconds, and seemed to be better, then suddenly I disconnected, had a hard crash, a box popped up saying SimShaker had crashed. At this point the seat was going full tilt and didn't stop until I disconnected the power cable.

 

Has anyone else experienced anything similar and were you able to get around it? Seems to do it with all aircraft, albeit not consistently.

Yeah it's a bug if you look in the main thread you will see I have reported it twice, and it's apparently being worked on with a fix out next week I think!
