legitscoper Posted April 24, 2017 Posted April 24, 2017 I am makin my own Tornado-GR4 mod and it has Sea Eagle missiles. They are radar guided so I wanted to turn them to be anti-radiation. I can make it in two ways: 1. Make own missile with same shape,, parameters and texture 2. using JSGME mod missile_data.lua and change seeker type first option is not working for me (link to mod: http://taw.legitscoper.ml/mod.zip ) Should I try option 2? - legitscoper My specs: Windows 8.1 Laptop Lenovo Y50 intel core i7 Nvidia GTX 860M, 8gb RAM, 275GB SSD
razo+r Posted April 24, 2017 Posted April 24, 2017 You can try to rename one missile to Sea_Eagle_AR and one the default then copy most parameters of the harm over to the Sea_Eagle_AR missile...

Also, it does not want to lock on radar, rest missiles are locking and firing. I must first lock radar with another missile, switch to sea eagle, turn on LA ovveride and missile explodes 1 seconds after launch. Are you trying to make an ALARM style missile? do what razor said, but took the russian Kh-58 as model and change the distance, speed, etc parameters, using the name Sea_Eagle_AR The Tornado have the emitter-locator system (ELS) to spot radar use (the similar to russian fantasmagoria), then assign the fantasmagoria to the Tornado and you will be able to select the radars and launch the Sea_Eagle_AR (based in Kh-58 ). There is a SU-22M mod somewhere in the forum, they use the SU-25T cockpit and launch the Kh-31P with no problem. Edited April 25, 2017 by JunMcKill

I will translate Russian comments in missiles_data.lua so I will know what is wrong. For first, I will mod kh-58 to make it skimming sea.
