firefox121 Posted May 6, 2017 Posted May 6, 2017 hello, I am an user of VR glasses (Deepoon E2 in oculus dk2 compatibility) . This glasses has not positioning sensor, so when I start Flying, The view is very near to the instruments, at least for me, and the alt+caps+ numbers does not afect the movement. I would like to know If ther is a way to pull back the view in VR mode.I have I VR ZOOM key, but I need to stay far from the insrtruments. Even if I must rewrite some kind of file. Thanks Intel i9 10850k - MSI Tomahawk 490z - 64 GB DDR4 3000 - HP Reverb G2 - MSI optix Mag321curv 4k monitor - MSI RTX 3080ti - Winwing Orion Throttle base plus F18 stick
Knock-Knock Posted May 6, 2017 Posted May 6, 2017 RCTRL+RSHIFT+ * and / (on numpad) moves your seat/view Forward and Back. RCTRL+RSHIFT+ 8 and 2 (on numpad) moves your seat/view Up and Down. RCTRL+RSHIFT+ 4 and 6 (on numpad) moves your seat/view Left and Right. ALTGR+0 (Numpad) saves that view/position, if you have Save Snapviews enabled in your options. - Jack of many DCS modules, master of none. - Personal wishlist: F-15A, F-4S Phantom II, JAS 39A Gripen, SAAB 35 Draken, F-104 Starfighter, Panavia Tornado IDS. | Windows 11 | i5-12400 | 64Gb DDR4 | RTX 3080 | 2x M.2 | 27" 1440p | Rift CV1 | Thrustmaster Warthog HOTAS | MFG Crosswind pedals |

wormeaten Posted May 6, 2017 Posted May 6, 2017 Try to use third part software like Opentrack for headmovement. You could even set up some sort of pseudo 6DoF like in example on the video. you will need only to set up zoom on joystick buttons other when you set it up feels natural and you will easily get use to it. You should set in Opentrack instead EDtracker rift 0.8 or whot ever your VR use.
