where is my KNEEBOARD?

Hi All,

 

I've never been able to see the 'kneeboard' and would love to (in the Huey module).

I've tried the various keyboard commands (like 'K') to make it appear, but no luck.

Is there somewhere else I need to enable it?

check the keybinding for it

 

and in most modules it's rshift+k

In DCS 1.5.6.5199 the default settings for the UH-1H :-

• "K" Glance at kneeboard (i.e. press and hold "K")
  
• "RShift+K" Toggle kneeboard open/close
  
• "[" previous page (while kneeboard displayed)
  
• "]" next page (while kneeboard displayed)
  
• "RCtrl+K" mark position on kneeboard map

are working for a UK keyboard, etc.

 

My current input profile is from May last year - so perhaps there was a update around that date that changed/broke something.

 

So you may want to move/rename the UH-1H Input Folder "%USERPROFILE%\Saved Games\DCS\Config\Input\UH-1H" and rebuild your settings. Note: the joystick, keyboard, etc. have their own folders, so you might get away with just moving/renaming the "keyboard\Keyboard.diff.lua"
