After playing Flanker 2.5 for years I finally upgraded to Lock On Gold. It seems that you cannot load out a R-77 missile on the Su-27 or 33 only on an AI Su-30.What can be done about this????

Fly the MiG-29S 'Fulcrum-C'. Its the only flyable that carries them.

you could get LOPE (Lock on pylon editor).

 

Or you could fly the MiG-29 :P... dam, hyena beat me haha.

 

If you get LOPE don't go flying around online with R-77s on all different aircraft. It's considered cheating by most players and looked down upon harshly ;)

 

yeah so. just fly offline in campaign or whatever u want to do apart from multiplayer.

Nothing - it was removed because neither the Su-27S, nor the Su-33 are equipped with the proper radar system to utilize this weapon. You can, as people said, LOPE it on, but don't show up online with it unless you're flying a MiG-29S ;)

Bear in mind that there are Server moderators out there who have had enough of that LOPE MOD (wich is considered a cheat) and may grant you an instantaneous ban. So when in multiplayer use legal weapons.

 

BTW dont be too used to the R-77 because you will become dependent of it.

You better install Walmis' weapons mod, it fixes the infamous R-77 low FPS bug that is still present in 1.12a.

By real carrier R -77 only MIG-29C, and SU-35, SU-30MKI. That there is to the armament in the Russian army - by carriers R -77 appear SU-27SM, SU-34 possibly after scheduled maintenance SU-33, modernized МИГ -31(kak additional weapon to the basic).Like as will be the carrier of this rocket of that remaining park MIG-29, after modernization. Actually R -77 of rocket no longer exists, since in THE USSR it was produced in the Ukraine, in Russia is produced the rocket under the index RVV-AYE (РВВ-АЕ)
