ideal VR settings for mid to high spec PC machines

i have two computers,

one with a 6700K and 1080GTX,

and an older 2600K also with a 1080GTX.

 

with all the changes, and updates, its becoming tedious to follow all the ideal VR settings.

i recently tried turning off AF and AA and have it on set at 8x AA and 8x AF via the nivida control panel on my 2600K machine, but a few times it crashed out..

 

I LIKE TO hear your VR settings suggestions..

Have a little play with the search box above - seriously there is OODLES of info about settings around the forum at the moment with the changes/updates lately.
