ex81 Posted June 10, 2017 Posted June 10, 2017 I would like to have removed those dust trails when vehicles drive on solid ground like taxiways or runways (Example: when fire trucks and other vehicles are moving) What goes up, must come down ! shagrat Posted June 11, 2017 Posted June 11, 2017 I would like to have removed those dust trails when vehicles drive on solid ground like taxiways or runways (Example: when fire trucks and other vehicles are moving) Already implemented in DCS 2.x.x watch a vehicle crossing the desert, depending on ground (rocks, sand, grass?) you see dust trails come and go. Same for highways/paved streets vs. unpaved roads or small trails/small roads. In 1.5 Caucasus it is basically implemented as well, yet the roadgrid not always perfectly matches the ground. So there I can notice vehicles driving "beside the paved roadways" at times, so they throw up dust, where they shouldn't. If you have specific areas on airports, where there are concrete or paved roads/taxiways that throw up dust and shouldn't (especially on the 2.1 maps), it may be worth to put in a bug report in the appropriate forum section.
