Minor vr issues, please help

Got a Rift CV1 yesterday, very pleased.

 

I got two minor issues, maybe somebody has a solution.

 

- I cannot push the ok button (nothing happens), it only happens 'inflight' when i want to adjust controls or want to close the briefing menu (i can push the x sign but not ok).

 

- Sometimes the game crashes when i push the ok button at the debriefing.

For the OK problem, hit alt-enter to make the game go full screen.

Dragging the windows task bar to the side may fix this as you're inadvertently clicking it when clicking low on the screen.
