Hum no : use DCE_Manager to be sure :

You can select "Configuration" if you want to change few campaign settings (no night missions,  silence ATC, optionsview, etc...)

Then select "Start Campaign" when you begin a brand new campaign.
it will open the DOS windows with all the missions selection option ...

At the end of the mission you should be asked if you want to generate a new mission ... you can select no if you want to wait what kind of mission you want to fly and with how many players ... then you must select "SkipMission" on DCE Manager to generate the next mission...

At last, it seems to work server side ! 🥳

I don't have the time to play tonight, but I generated the first mission and loaded it on the server.

When I stop the server, I get the debrief window and the dos box asking if I accept the results. 

I still have no idea why it didn't work before copy/ paste of your files ? But thank you for the support.

What I mean is the first time I download the the campaign file, I installed it with DCE Manager, but the missions generated failed.

After you sent me your installed campaign files, and when I generated the mission it worked. But the path for DCE Manager never changed !

I just flew the first mission with a friend and it was great fun, everything worked as expected 🥳

Small bug: all tankers TACAN were set to "Y" channels in the briefing. But actually in the mission the units were set to "X" channels.

Sorry if I missed this somewhere in all the posts. Is there a way to set the max possible mission distance? When trying Crisis in Persian Gulf with the Kiowa the missions generated had objectives too far away for flying with a standard load out and 50% fuel.

I'm afraid you will have to modify this file : x:\Users\username\Saved Games\DCS.openbeta\Mods\tech\DCE\ScriptsMod.NG\UTIL_db_loadouts.lua 

and change each Kiowa loadout type range

Generally speaking range parameters are not always optimized for each module. It's sometime really limiting the missions generations and air refuelling is not included... If you experiment and optimize yourself some module for one or all campaign you can post it here : we will study it and maybe include it later 😉

Thank you, I will have a look and do some testing. The missions I was getting generated so far would generally only work if I took 100% fuel and no armament.

Now I tried to generate the 2nd mission, the file is corrupted and can't be loaded by the server, CombatFlite or DCS Mission editor.
I tried to restart the camapaign, I tried to clone the campaign and restart...nothing works...

TF80s-Blue campaign - I have repeatedly problem with airbase strikes, especialy Batumi airbase, but Sukhumi is similar - ref.to attached picture. Can you check it, pls?TF80s.jpg

No, I used the SkipMission.bat.

After multiple tries, restart, clone and so on...I deleted the campaign and re-installed.

I managed to play the first mission solo for dedicated server, and I generated the next mission for a flight of 2 Hornet.

But I noticed I'm assigned the target I chose in the list of objectives...

I also managed to install another campaign from scratch with DCE-Manager, the file seems OK (recognized by DCS server).

I think it's really better to use DCE_Manager rather than any other bat files. DCE_Manager adjusts automatically the campaign's paths and uses the last updated scriptmod files to generate the first mission and if necessary the next one (generally I generate the next mission in the dos window tight after the last flight mission in solo)

  • - the mission + the tacview + a screenshot of the bug window + Give the name of the campaign + version of the scriptsMod

Yes, that is exactly as you said - destruction of ground objects (airbase objects, bridges, etc.) is not counted for, although BDA confirms destruction, both in log file and visually. This is persistent and they do not show any damage in game briefing for the next mission either. Missions to destroy already destroyed targets are generated repeatedly and that is annoying. Waste valuable resources (aircraft) targeting invulnerable objects is not I want todo. Version of scripts mod (NG) is 20.78.483.
