Horns Posted August 11, 2017 Posted August 11, 2017 I got the email announcing 60% bonus deals on modules participating in the bonus program, but when I go to the checkout stage where I can apply my bonus, it only calculates from full price (ie I'm trying to buy the Blackshark module, checkout shows full price 39.99. When I apply my existing bonus of $22, it shows 17.99 outstanding. Help would be appreciated please. I tried the transaction several times since just after the email came through but it always follows the process above. I hope I'm not making a mistake and bugging you over nothing. So the max You'd be able to discount from $39.99 w/ the New Limit of 60% is $23.99, if you have that much Bonus Available, making it $16. Windows 10 Pro, Ryzen 2700X @ 4.6Ghz, 32GB DDR4-3200 GSkill (F4-3200C16D-16GTZR x2), ASRock X470 Taichi Ultimate, XFX RX6800XT Merc 310 (RX-68XTALFD9) 3x ASUS VS248HP + Oculus HMD, Thrustmaster Warthog HOTAS + MFDs

Auntystatic Posted August 12, 2017 Posted August 12, 2017 its very badly worded, I was expecting 60% off the list price of any module taking part in the bonus program :(

bumfire Posted August 13, 2017 Posted August 13, 2017 (edited) Just purchased a module and I never got the bonus $12. It was the albatross module I bought as I was gunna buy the gazelle with the extra $12 bonus but not doing it now. I had $54 bonus, used $36 for the albatross which then leaves $18 bonus, buying the albatross which gives you a $12 purchase bonus I should now have $40 of bonus total but I only have $18 ? EDIT; Nevermind, bonuses are not granted for purchases paid with partial bonus payment. That explains the missing 12 bux, ahwell not to worry. Edited August 13, 2017 by bumfire
