So in the first mission, the AWACS seems to be very slow. Too slow to realistically fly formation. I was around 150 IAS. Not sure if he's suppose to be that slow or not.

Hi Dooley!

He should cruise at around 250 KIAS en route to WP3.

At what point in the flight was he doing 150? Prior to you pushing him to WP3 as you were trying to join the formation, or en route to WP3 once you'd reported you were ready to proceed via the radio menu?

In route. I pushed him before I got into formation. But he was going so slow the whole time. It happened during one of the missions during the Mirage campaign too.

So it is either Baltic Dragon's curse.. or the common bug (I think it also exists in NTTR). Fortunately this is not crucial for mission progression, you can always circle

around him.

BTW thanks for the kind words in the other thread!

No worries. That's what I ended up doing was just flying a circling pattern around him. I'm not a fan of the F-15 but your campaigns are awesome so I thought I'd give it a go. I'm sure I'll enjoy.

I wasn't a big F-15 neither (nor any FC3 jet for that matter) but I've grown to like it during the testing of the missions. Can't wait for the fully clickable version (if it comes). Enjoy the campaign!
