About a year ago I decided I had to get in better shape.

Since then, every time I get shot down in DCS I follow my exercise plan for the day.

 

So if you feel like getting in shape, just keep a couple dumb bells next to your desk and every time you crash and burn in the virtual world, get pumped by doing some curls, squats, push-ups in the real world.

 

You'll be ripped and in great shape before you know it!

 

In all seriousness though, this helped me a lot. Besides getting back into the gym 4 days a week I continue doing this to this day. it does work lol.

Or pedals next to my rudder pedals, to charge the battery that supplies the PC, so there will be power enough for another sortie :).

 

But seriously. Thats actually a good tip, Boxin. Just a little is a lot better than nothing.
