Yet you claim 'we' trained the Turk pilots. Got news for you Greece hasn't trained Turk pilots. So try living up to your username and stop aliasing. @Pilotasso Try reading a history book. Alexander the Great was Greek and spoke ONLY Greek. With a Greek army that conquered the known world.

I am Greek and I try to behave like one,meaning I try to be civil and show respect to other people.Unlike you who always seem to have this aggressive/arrogant/provocative attitude in all the forums you are a member of.You have become bad news in many Greek forums my friend and I happen to know that you have been kicked and banned some times. The topic is about one of the many dogfights over the Aegean,not Alexander The Great or the other irrelevant stuff you are trying to use as arguments. You've got to understand that just maybe it is possible and logical that Turkey has at least some good pilots like Greece has too. And what I meant by training (and you would have understood that had you been Greek) is that through daily dogfights pilots from both sides become better.And you should have noticed the quotes I used in the word 'train'. If you go back and read, he wrote 'trained' in quotes...possibly meaning that the Turks have become better than they used to be at over-water operations, due to their fighting with Greece. I don't think he meant Greek instructors actually tutored Turkish students. Pilotasso,Ancient Greece had a province/part that was called Macedonia (actually Greece still does have a part/province with that name) and this has nothing to do with FYROM (Skopje) who try to use this name and its history for their own benefit. But, as we are commonly fond of saying in the US, its not where you come from, its who you have chosen as your country. His expedition was funded and supplied by the Spanish. I could whine and cry about how it was actually Celtic explorers who came to the New World first (since I am of Scottish/Irish descent), but who really gives a s**t. If they didn't publish their findings...too bad. :D

No its not, I was actually just clarifying what you meant by fake. A US F-16 squadron posted famous videos of how they "pwnd" German MiG-29s in DACT...but the conclusion they wanted the viewer to draw was false, not the video itself. DACT isn't about one side kicking the other's arse, its about training against dissimilar airframes...BOTH sides get to learn from it, and they both have wins and losses.

The "Who's your daddy?" attitude is definitely essential. :D But, you also have to respect your opponent, so I know of one participant in this thread who wouldn't make it. :D
