Captain Orso Posted November 28, 2017 Posted November 28, 2017 Somewhere in the DCS forum I saw a thread about a Finish company building gaming throttle quadrants with throttle and RPM/propeller pitch levers for one and two engine aircraft, ie. two and four lever models. But I can't for the life of me find the thread again, and I was too dumb to subscribe to it  Does anybody know what throttle or thread I'm talking about? Any tips would be greatly appreciated :D When you hit the wrong button on take-off System Specs. hansangb Posted November 28, 2017 Posted November 28, 2017 Hmm, I don't recall anything like that. There is lynx.dk in Denmark making (mostly) A10 panels. There was hegykc's F18 joystick thread that was full of awesome looking renders. But shut down after much hullabaloo. It had some B52 products (built, I believe and not just render). Buckeye Posted November 29, 2017 Posted November 29, 2017 Would REALLY love to see this guy do a full on modern fighter throttle, complete with finger lifts, etc. I'd purchase that in a second. Buckeye Posted December 5, 2017 Posted December 5, 2017 Sokol - any idea if he plans to even make a full modern jet, dual throttle, with fingerlifts? Not sure how close you are with the builder. Sokol1_br Posted December 5, 2017 Posted December 5, 2017 Probable no, the guy seems WWII adept only and that throttles are custom made in very small scale. With all this "modern jets" throttles around - Cougar TQS, A-10, Saitek and CH "fantasy jets", the incoming VirPil and VKB, don' looks good idea for a small boutique compete against, more logic stay in that forgotten niche. ;)

Sokol1_br Posted December 5, 2017 Posted December 5, 2017 (edited) This drawing was posted in Reddit time ago - seems was posted "by mistake" briefly in some VKB "seller" page. VKB say (in il2.ru) that this was just a "leakage" for "feed a troll" :) A concept idea abandoned - looks a sliding throttle based on Russian* modern jets throttle. But that can show for you the lines they are following for a "modern throttle". *They repeatedly say that don't will make another "A-10'ish" throttle because Tm was release one at ~7 years.
