License binding page for purchased DVD box keys is unavailable?!

A colleague from work told me he has issues activating the german DVD Boxed DCS: UH-1H Huey copy on the website. Before the 28th maintenance, he flawlessly activated both the DVD boxed DCS: A-10C and the DCS: P-51D Mustang.

 

I cross-checked with a not activated Combined Arms Key and treid a "check license" from one of my modules.

 

No luck either.

 

When it moves on to https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/personal/licensing/ I get a blank page.

 

Any workaround for activating DVD Keys currently? Is it possible to install the module from DVD and use the protect.exe to activate?

Colleague was able to install per command line/batch file as advised by support.

 

I strongly advise to have this as a step-by-step guide under "How to activate DVD boxed copies" etc., as the way through support ticket or digging deep into the FAQ isn't the most obvious way, when you bought a DVD.

 

I could advise and help here, but new customers may find it difficult to get this info when all they have is a DVD, a serial number and an obsolete install guide...
