How to send money to Ukraine?

I want to purchase the throttle from SDPG_GVL224. He sent me some instructions but I can not understand everything. He listed 2 cards with numbers which I think I must transfer money to these. But how? Dont want to send to wrong person...:doh:

 

He is in Ukraine..anyone familiar with how this is done? They do not take pay pal.

I did this and filled out the information he gave me in my internet bank service. If you do not have that, then print the information and go to your bank and they will help you.
