PythonOne Posted January 29, 2007 Posted January 29, 2007 I’m looking at my user CP and see a couple of rep points that I got from my fellow lock on comrades (thanks guys) but I don’t understand what they mean. On the left side of the rep, there is a box. Some are green, and a couple are blank or transparent. I was wondering what those meant, because I know red ones are bad rep.
EscCtrl Posted January 29, 2007 Posted January 29, 2007 Its all a popularity contest! I have no idea seriously - from the forum view mine shows as '3 reputation' but in the USER CP it says '11 points total' and has a nice little message from a member called 'dynamocl' :)
gundelgauk Posted January 29, 2007 Posted January 29, 2007 As far as I know one can only give reputation points to someone else if one has positive reputation (ie greater than 0). If someone with 0 or negative rep tries to give you rep, it will show as a blank or transparent box. Could be all wrong though, I don't use forums that much any more and I'm not up to date with the whole reputation system.
