1.5.8 question

I have / had 1.5 which updated too 1.5.8. I have seen vid of new explosions effects that are suppose to be in 1.5.8 but I am not seeing them in my install.

 

Do those effect only come with the purchase of the AV-8B and Normandy map.

Mind you, the Normandy map runs in version 2.2. Is it possible somebody mixed up the versions in a video you saw?

The new effects only for 2.2 at the moment,

 

With the merg to 2.5 at late januari, the new effect will be everywere i think :)

I am still not seeing the piece's fly in 2.2 like in the vid, but that my depend on vehicle type.

The new effects are only in 2.2 and only work with some weapons. Try rocket pods on the Harrier or the A10-C :-D
