Once you know how to use Photoshop In first get photoshop and get plug-ins to read DDS format,which you may download from nvidia site. You have to download the plug-in from this link http://gimp-dds-plugin.software.informer.com/download/ and add it to you program folder. i did give it a try and it's working now,you may read DDS files format . see you Edited December 30, 2017 by cromhunt
