Ver. 2.2: Perfect vr image. Ver. 2.5: no image in the hmd Vive, only in monitor.

Hello friends,

I have a problem since yesterday that I could download after 6 hours version 2.5.

when I execute it, it never throws the image to my hmd htc vive, only the image appears on the monitor.

I have a reviewer in the configuration menu and the option to enable virtual reality is activated.

I tried to take a shortcut to the desktop and add the command "- force_enable_vr", but this did not work either.

I am very unhappy with the response of the eagle dynamics technical service, I have opened a ticket and they tell me to refer me to the forum to see if I can find something out.

Small waste of technical service, incredible that give such an unprofessional response.

I do not know what may be happening, clearly the problem is in the new version 2.5, I have on the same windows and same hard drive two versions of the dcs, one is version 2.2 and the other the new 2.5.

when I launched version 2.2 the viewer htc vive is turned on as soon as you enter the dcs and it works perfectly in virtual reality.

However, when I launch the new blue icon of version 2.5, the dcs only starts on the monitor, the hmd htc vive does not receive an image.

there are more users who are complaining about this problem ....

Please be someone so kind to shed some light on this problem, I spent 48 hours trying to launch the 2.5 in the htc vive and there is no way to see it.

on the same computer, I launched version 2.2 and it is immediately visible in the viewer.

please any help I can do ???

thank you very much my friends, you are my only hope, since the technical service of eagle dynamics does not know how to give me a truly professional help.

Greetings my friends.

I had the same problem the first time I started it up. What I had to do was go into the VR menu. Uncheck the box for enable VR headset then check it again. After this exit the game and start it again and it should start with the Vive HMD as intended
