Response time to customer-support messages?

I accidentally paid for the Normandy Assets module twice. I sent a message on friday last week, it's tuesday now and I've not had anything back other than the confirmation (auto generated) that my message was received. I don't want to chase it up unless it's gone beyond the normal time for a reply.
