Clients freezing when groups activated

When few random AI groups F15c/Su27 activate (2-6 units, +100km away) clients have freezing.

 

I put 1xF15c and 1xSu27 irrelevant to the mission far on the map (active) and solved freezing problem.

 

Server problem? Client problem? Or just DCS?

I noticed the very same thing as I was hosting earlier this week. It was a small group of two MiG-21. My clients also got the freeze. We were approaching the Enguri dam reservoir from the north, and the MiG were spawning in Kutaisi airbase.
