I use TIR and was wondering if its possible to also use SnapViews? I have the TM Warthog and was hoping to be able to set up a way to access close in snapviews of the left and right side consoles in the A10C??

Configure a key on TIR software to start/stop the headtracker; that will allow you to use any snapview that you may have defined on DCS.

Instead of TIR I use a different headtracking software, but it should work the same way as TIR. On this video I have 4 snapviews: HUD, left & right MFCD and Weapons Panel, and it works fairly well:

No problem with TIR and Snap Views. Don't need to do anything with TIR to use Snaps.

I have TrackIR and use SnapViews extensively in my TARGET profile. It allows you to have your cake and eat it too. Bottom line: if you're looking at a SnapView, your view is not changing regardless of where TrackIR is looking. It's a great way to do fixed views of panels that you need to manipulate (without having to keep your head perfectly still) or views that are otherwise hard to reach by normal angles.
