When asking for ground power, only "copy" as reply, no message "power connected"

What title says. No way of knowing if ground power is connected.

Actually, I got "ground power is now on", but it took them 3 minutes or so. Is that supposed to take that long?

Did you by chance triggered Rearm/Refuel beforehand? Then the groundpower is connected after Rearming is complete.
