Ran this mission as well, and the two transports started up just fine, taxied out, and took off.

 

I wonder if a problem popped up (one that plagued a mission of mine in the past) where if you're taxing out too, that even though you're in the back of the line, the tower gives you priority to take off (without even telling you) and all the aircraft will just sit there, including the ones in front of you that are blocking the way to the runway. The way to get around that is to call up the tower and Abort your takeoff clearance. This will sequence the aircraft in front of you to get their clearance then.
