peterj Posted March 10, 2007 Posted March 10, 2007 Now the cockpit disappears every time i fire the gun..and it still looks stretched... Install Forceware v101.41 (beta), it solved those problems here. If you get dark aircrafts with a jagged white outline, it's another known Forceware problem that appears when you use full shadows. Unfortunately there's no fix for this yet, unless your card is old enough and you're running XP, then you can roll back to an older forceware driver that doesn't have this problem. Enjoy your new nvidia card :)

Program2 Posted March 11, 2007 Posted March 11, 2007 its the e1705. I went for the 17 in since it would give me better performance, i didn't really care about size or weight. So it might be different from your taste. I got mine at a pretty good deal, most of it at the highest setting at around $1600. I got a coupon from notebookreview.com so i was pretty happy with it. Thanks for the info. How much memory did you get with it and which CPU? I went to dell's site and they are offering 4 different cpus.
peterj Posted March 11, 2007 Posted March 11, 2007 And these work with vista??? It's the Vista driver, however I see now that you need a work around to install this for the Go series http://www.laptopvideo2go.com

Ill check these out shortly. No-go. Edit: I just found the problem of the disappearing cockpit. The visible range has to be set to low. Anything higher than that the cockpit disappears when you fire the gun in any aircraft.
