CoNa Posted March 24, 2007 Posted March 24, 2007 Finally built me a new pc with core2duo and Vista (32-bit). Does anyone know how I can put Lomac on one core and run the other applications (TIR, TB, TS) on the other core in Vista?
Prophet Posted March 25, 2007 Posted March 25, 2007 I have tried Procaff and it doesnt seem to work. Go to start, and in the search field put taskmgr.exe It will show you the file, right click and choose to run as admin Then start LOMAC, in task manager right click lockon.exe, and go to affinity, then choose a CPU. Since procaff doesnt work, it will be hard. What I havent tried yet, and I will later, is to run procaff as admin, that may be the problem.
Prophet Posted March 25, 2007 Posted March 25, 2007 So I tried setting procaff to run as admin, and LOMAC crashes with some graphics.dll error. Looks like procaff is a no go. I have read some that Vista may have a built in way of doing it, but I need to research some more.
Pilotasso Posted March 26, 2007 Posted March 26, 2007 Thats what i thought too. I will get XP on my new machine for the time being though. .

Is there any way of setting affinity in Lomac, just like it's possible in IL-2? Easiest way is allways to have it set in the game.
