Razor18 Posted May 8, 2018 Posted May 8, 2018 If you reassign Track IR Z-axis from "Head tracker movement fwd/back" to "Zoom view", you can still only have head movement within the cockpit, but there is no any outside world zoom effect.
SnowTiger Posted May 17, 2018 Posted May 17, 2018 (edited) It would be nice to get confirmation that Belsimtek is aware of this issue. I haven't flown the Huey for a while until today, only to find this is still an issue (I'm sure it was a while ago when I last wanted to fly it). Can we get this resolved soon please. EDIT: PS> I apologize for posting in the Mi-8 Thread. Razor18 Posted May 20, 2018 Author Posted May 20, 2018 Where did you want to post it in a first place? It means it is a problem on some other module too? Maybe not even a module problem?
SnowTiger Posted May 20, 2018 Posted May 20, 2018 I can't zoom in/out in the Huey. So I should have posted in the Huey thread (I might have since my previous post ... can't remember). Razor18 Posted May 20, 2018 Author Posted May 20, 2018 Well, I just checked it for you, I have no problem zooming in the Huey right now (Open Beta 2.5.1 latest) with my Track IR, so maybe re-check if your TIR mapping might have defaulted back to head movement forward and back (if you used that for zooming that is). In the Mi-8 I unmapped and remapped it, still didn't work, so Mi-8 TIR zoom is faulty for sure.
