Raven1606688515 Posted May 24, 2018 Posted May 24, 2018 I deleted Open Beta when 2.5 came out. Had to reinstall Open Beta to install new GP Map. Now, only the free planes will work on the PG Map. When I choose the GP Map to fly on my planes that I purchased will not allow me to fly. No Free Flight, Takeoff or Landing shows up in the GP Map. Any help will on this matter will be greatly appreciated. Windsortheater Posted May 24, 2018 Posted May 24, 2018 Use the mission generator to make one with any plane you like, on any map you like. Sent from my SHIELD Tablet K1 using Tapatalk
Phantom453 Posted May 24, 2018 Posted May 24, 2018 Have you also re-downloaded your purchased planes into the Beta release? Check the Module Manager for available downloads.
FragBum Posted May 24, 2018 Posted May 24, 2018 Open mission editor select new select the map you want wait until you get to the map screen. On left there are icons for airplanes and helicopters click on either then left mouse click to place on map. Dialog box on right has several drop downs select the aircraft then the dropdown below select player that will put you in the aircraft. Below that is a panel for defining waypoints in there you can select start on ground cold or hot or other options there is a lot more but that should get you started. Save and go back to main screen go mission and select it. If you find you are just floating in mid air you likely didn't select player as the option for that aircraft. Control is an illusion which usually shatters at the least expected moment. Gazelle Mini-gun version is endorphins with rotors. See above. Currently rolling with a Asus Z390 Prime, 9600K, 32GB RAM, SSD, 2080Ti and Windows 10Pro, Rift CV1. bu0836x and Scratch Built Pedals, Collective and Cyclic.
Raven1606688515 Posted May 24, 2018 Author Posted May 24, 2018 Yes, re-downloaded all planes from Module Manager. Now I can fly my A10-C along with the free planes. Also ran DCS Updater again. Still same old thing. Woogey Posted May 24, 2018 Posted May 24, 2018 There aren't any missions yet for the other aircraft. You have to create you own mission.
Raven1606688515 Posted May 24, 2018 Author Posted May 24, 2018 Thanks Woogey, I've been thinking that I did something wrong on the install.
