Carrier cat launch

I'm probably being a muppet here but how do you launch off the carrier? Just nailed my first Case 1 recovery and now sitting watching the scenery go by from Cat 2 :joystick:

Align yourself on the catapult, lower the launch bar, press , request takeoff, full throttle.

Now I feel bad adding to Wag's post, but :

 

Align yourself on the catapult, lower the launch bar, press , <insert> press take-off trim, take your hands off the stick :)) </insert> request takeoff, full throttle.
