What is the best hotas controller for the f-18? Hotas Warthog goes for 400+ dollars and I really don't want to pay that much for a controller.

Well I have CH controllers for now, I'm waiting on VKB to get the gunfighter pro to be back on sale, hopefully soon.

I would not buy the WH, if I'm spending that much it's going to be VKB or virpil and there more$ than a WH and that's only for the stick!!

These guy's hangout here, way down in the Input output section

This is what I'm after, it's the only control out there with dampeners

The VKB hotas seems almost as expensive as a warthog hotas. I will be glad to know what other advantages there is in buying the VKB hotas.

Have to agree with you on this 100 percent, as i just purchased the thrustmaster throttle and joystick ($180 Aust for both) and all i can say its now so much easier to carrier land etc can do the numbers without the aircraft pitching up and down which suggest my other joystick was so way off cal(its was about 8 years old)

All i got to do now for the next hour or so is to map the buttons:)
