Dave317 Posted June 14, 2018 Posted June 14, 2018 When would i need to use this switch? The aim9's seem to work perfectly well without touching it.
MrDieing Posted June 14, 2018 Posted June 14, 2018 From Chuck's Guide (a good read for questions like these) IR (Infrared) Cool Switch Used to start cooldown cycle for the AIM-9 infrared seeker to increase sensitivity and reduce background noise. • NORM: Seeker head cooldown cycle is active • OFF: Cooling will still be sent to the AIM-9 seekers if there is no weight on wheels, Master Arm switch is set to ARM, and AIM-9 is selected as the priority weapon. Otherwise, cooling cycle is inactive. Note: there is enough coolant to last three hours. Also, if you can't tell the difference then I assume that its not yet modelled because you know, early access ;) ''Greed is a bottomless pit which exhausts the person in an endless effort to satisfy the need without ever reaching satisfaction.'' joey45 Posted June 14, 2018 Posted June 14, 2018 When it's coded to work. The only way to make sense out of change is to plunge into it, move with it, and join the dance.
