It just highlights!! :( I know what you mean- creating real looking spotlights in photoshop can be a really hard task.There isn't any 'ready to use' filter available. You have to do most of it manual. You have to work a lot with Hue/Saturation, Selective Color,Gradient Overlay,Burn and Dodge (to name a few) and this on different layers with different opacity. Roi Danton Posted April 20, 2007 Posted April 20, 2007 If you have Blender (OpenSource), Maya, 3DSMax or similar 3D Modelling program render a spotlight with a lightfog or other volumetric shader attached.

sp0nge Posted April 20, 2007 Author Posted April 20, 2007 Ok I did sort of what i was after I made a kind of marquee similar to the shape I was after and I filled it with white. Then I applied a guassian blur to it and it looks...ok now.. Ill get some pics up soon. Its a logo for a mate with little to no knowledge of photoshop Is breaking the laws of gravity illegal?
