Hawk smoke?

I am having difficulty using the smoke module in the Hawk. Is this a thing for everyone else or is there a more complex procedure such as in the F86?

I vaguely remember something about it having been disabled due to glitching, cannot swear to it, though

In DCS Smoke is classed as a weapon and the Hawk we have modelled does not have the Red Arrows smoke system (indicator lights etc) or the mechanism to switch smoke on/off in our coding.

 

It is something we are looking at how best to integrate given the weapons panel that the Hawk actually has in it and the coding for that (dependent on key insert and turning and electrical AC3 bus etc.).

 

It’s not a simple coding job and we have bigger things to fix and work on right now.

Well the simple solution I tried today doesn't work Guys, so we're going to have to do it the long way around.

 

It is on the list to do.
