multiple gun fire, 2 A2A missiles.

half a tail, peppered to bits and one engine and on she goes, maybe a head on attack is better, try and destroy the cockpit?

It depends on where you aim: if you run in with a gun attack, aim for the wings, not the fuselage.

A single missile *can* bring one down, but it depends on where in relation to the target it explodes.

As Elysian Angel said: shoot the wings off. Once it clips the aircraft is a goner.

You can also take out all the engines and turn it into a giant glider.
