Mars Exulte Posted August 18, 2018 Posted August 18, 2018 Did it really? I played it but was just a kid back then, so couldn't say. I played Il-2 : 1946 quite a bit, but didn't play CloD much, I'm afraid. I want to say I remember collapsed chutes in AotP, but that was so long ago I couldn't say accurately the circunstances, whetger random, shot or collided. I just now thought, wouldn't it be cool if you could get tangled in a chute, can't see, or maybe streaming it behind you? :p I would imagine with a jet you'd rip through it uneventfully, unless you sucked it in the intake, but with prop planes or helos they'd certainly be a rare hazard, I'd think. There's plenty of reason to make stuff like that collidable and/or destructible, despite the faux indignation of some. In a perfect world we wouldn't have ANY invincible, nom collidable objects. If certain folks would step off their soapboxs, they would typically agree with that notion. Most likely the first few posts derailed a thread that would have otherwise attracted relatively little controversy :p Де вороги, знайдуться козаки їх перемогти. 5800x3d * 3090 * 64gb * Reverb G2
