I have just got a new setup ready where I have a 24 inch screen in my cockpit setup and a 22 inch at my desk. When editing missions I want to sit at the desk on the 22 inch but since they use different resolutions because of the difference in size the GUI gets vierd on the 22 inch because DCS is set up for the 24 inch primarly.

Is it possible to make a shortcut or something so that when I click on it DCS would run with the correct resolution for the 22 inch and another that would run it with a resolution optimized for the 24 inch?

Your current graphics configuration is stored on the options.lua text file, on /Saved Games/DCS/config

You could make two copies of this file, say options22.lua and options24.lua, edit them with Notepad++ and change the lines "width" and "height" as needed for each monitor.

Then create two .bat files, one for each monitor, each containing something like this:

copy C:\Users\{your_user}\Saved Games\DCS\Config\options24.lua C:\Users\{your_user}\Saved Games\DCS\Config\options.lua
C:\Program Files\Eagle Dynamics\DCS World\bin\DCS_updater.exe

Finally, on the desktop create one shortcut for each bat file, and use those to start DCS as needed.

Best regards
