Hi all,

I've got the non-steam version of DCS installed, and always run the OpenBeta version when I play both campaigns and multi. Somehow I've got both folders on my hard drive, and wondering if I can delete the NON-OpenBeta without any impact to the OpenBeta version I play?

DCS world is 123 GB, and DCS world OpenBeta is 103GB.

Any advice would be helpful. don't want to delete the standard version and then have to redownload it all after I find it impacted the OpenBeta version :(

Jeff

On Windows Explorer, rename the folder of the DCS version you are not using, then run the other one ... if it runs well, you can then just delete the folder that you renamed.

if you're nunning the DCS standalone NON-STEAM version you can delete the other steam version, there is no need to keep it

Moreover as its been stated many times there is no need to have 2 separate installtion of Stable and BETA , just downnload the beta (or the stable) and via a simple shellcomand you can upgrade from stable to beta and viceversa anytime you want.
