Hello.I want to build my own collective with arduino pro micro and a Potentiometer Slider.I need help with the sketch.I can not find the correct.Can anyone help me?

I use that video to help me fix it but i have problem to calibrate it correct.

I made my own switch box with the help of this video. You have to add a potentiometer but I’m sure someone here will help you.

Have you looked into the Leo bednar boards with either a pot,hall sensor or. Rotary encoder

That sketch does include everything you need: libraries, code and examples. I haven't used rotaries with HID Arduino yet, but it should be quite easy. Use the aforementioned example and do the necessary amendments yourself. It should be quite easy.
