Hi there,

I've had a problem the last month or so which is preventing me from flying on the Beta. Following an update (I unfortunately forget which), I have experienced an issue where none of my installed modules, other than the maps, are available to use in the Beta. Their icons do not even appear on the landing screen of the sim, nevermind being greyed out as if not installed. They are, however, installed and activated in the module manager. The only modules I have available, of the 14 I own or have access to, are the two free modules included in the base sim, the SU-25T and the TF-51.

Please see attached screenshots.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, I've run the repair utility, I've updated the game several times in the time I've had this issue, and I've attempted the registry fixes for the authentication error, all to no effect. A search through this board revealed one other user with essentially the same problem, but he recieved no response to his post.

Any help or suggestions as to how to resolve this issue would be appreciated.

The Forums arent good for this kind of problem, I would open a formal support ticket here:

https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/support/

... they can check your account to see if your modules have been blacklisted or examine your dcs.log to see if there is another cause.

I am having the exact same issue after 2.5.4.26825 patch , Hoping you got some resolution? I opened a ticket.

- just to update anyone with similar problems.. Prior to this patch I had reinstalled on a new rig, moved all my modules over manually on a drive to avoid the huge download, That turned out to be an issue. Used to be able to get away with it, now it seems to through a version mis-match.

Ed does describe a way to do it properly here, And I did not do it that way, but even it comes with a disclaimer that it will degrade.

Hope this helps anyone out there freaked out like I was!
