Mig 29 Airbrake

I am trying to engage the Airbrake in my Mig-29 by pressing B Or Lshift B and LCtrl B but it does not work !

Could someone tell me how to apply Airbrakes ?

And to answer your question, the air brake wont deploy when you have a centerline tank on, and when your landing gear is down.

This would be useful information that should be included in the manual. I searched in the manual and I didn't see any reference to it.
