TPOD coordinates decimal to minutes and seconds

So I've discovered that the TPOD seems to give coordinates in decimal form. Is there anyway to (inside the Harrier) convert it to minutes and seconds?

Also follow up question. Does the harriers nav computer use decimal or minutes and seconds?

When converting xx° yy.yyy' to xx° yy' zz" you simply transfer degrees and whole minutes as they are, leaving the decimal of minutes to calculate the seconds.

What ever the decimal value is, multiply it by 60 and round to the nearest whole number.

EG 44° 31.750' -> 44° 31' (0.750 * 60 = 45)"

Since you have to do this in your head, it might be easier to simply shift the equation to numbers more manageable in your head.

0.750 * 60 -> (0.750 * 10) * (60 / 10) -> 7.5 * 6 :: so basically shift the decimal point one to the right and multiply by 6. I think this is fairly manageable to do in your head.

I didn't really see the simulator parallel form your workings, or didn't understand you. With pictures of the problem.

On the scratchpad, from the mission editor is

N 42 15 58.53

E 042 39 30.47

In the Harrier, on the TPOD, is this, bearing in mind I added the last decimal point, but it's not written:

N 42 15 97.2

E 042 39 50.6

Now I've got to do this whilst flying, in combat, and present a BOC coordinate for a JDAM to a Hornet so i can deliver a 9-line to him and get close enough.

What is the process, that's easiest to do under the circumstances, in VR?
