dave76 Posted November 25, 2018 Posted November 25, 2018 hi guys, does somebody know where to find bombing tables to set manual reticle mils depression, dive angle, release altitude to drop normal and snakeye bombs for the hornet?:noexpression: thank you
Nealius Posted November 25, 2018 Posted November 25, 2018 Not specifically for the Hornet, but the 476th has drop tables for the F-5E. I don't know how applicable they are to other airframes, but they have gotten me in the ballpark with the A-4E. Personally, though, I think we need Z diagrams. The drop tables are rather pointless for flight sim enthusiasts because they only give us parameters at release. That info is pretty useless unless you know how to calculate your entry parameters off of the release parameters. I need to know my height/airspeed at roll-in, not my height/airspeed at release.
riboyster Posted November 26, 2018 Posted November 26, 2018 Probably safe to assume they're nearly the same as in F-5. Ballistic trajectory should be the same on a mk 82 dropped from a hornet vs a mk 82 dropped from a tiger. -SnakeShit [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] Peace through Superior Firepower EVERYTHING YOU'LL EVER NEED FOR LOMAC: http://flankertraining.com/ironhand/news.html
